Selena Khawaja, the Mountain Princess is a 10-year-old Pakistani girl who has recently climbed Spantik peak. Spantik Peak is also know as the Golden Peak which is a located in Spantik-Sosbun Mountains subrange of Karakoram Range at Nagar Valley of Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan.

She is the youngest climber in the world to scale a 7,000-metre-high mountain. Selena is fearless and quite energetic girl. Previously she successfully summited Quz Sar Peak, height 5,765 metres above sea level and Mingli Sar mountain, 6050 metres high which is located in the Shimshal valley of Gilgit-Baltistan on June 14th ,2018.

“Selena showed her interest when she was only eight years old. And in less than one year, she was able to do climb Miranjani (3,000m) round trip in half the time,” said by her father, Yousaf Khawaja.

The Mountain Princess, Selena has big dreams as she wants to ascend the world highest mountain Mount Everest which is located in Nepal. We wish the Mountain Princess good luck and hope she will conquer the Mount Everest.
